Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH)
The role of SNH is summed up on their home page: "All of nature for all of Scotland," and "Looking after all of Scotland's nature and landscapes, across all of Scotland, for everyone."
They were given the legal duty to draw up the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
