Blossom In Tillicoultry
The blossom in the area is beautiful just now.
I took these photos in Tillicoultry yesterday so if we don't have too much in the way of wind and rain the spectacle will be there for a few days more.

The colours of the trees along the burn are much better in real life!
But there is room for improvement as you'll see as you move down the page.
So far this blog seems to go no more than a short walk away from Tillicoultry, which is hardly surprising considering where we live but the intention is to cover things a bit wider afield than that.
We went from here over to Peppermill Dam and if I get my act together over the next few days I'll do a proper write up on the walk there.

Unfortunately when the blossom has gone this nearby toilet won't have changed much. (Clacks Council prove me wrong! I'll be very happy to update the photo if you sort this out.)
It's tempting to ignore the decaying toilet block just a few metres away.
But out of sight, out of mind, as they say, and perhaps showing it here will hasten the day when it's sorted out - hopefully by smart new (or refurbished) functioning facilities!
